DELIVERY CHARGES  WITHIN NEW

ZEALAND 

Below are the courier rates applying for deliveries door to door at the normal schedule of our courier Company. If you are a New Zealand Client, we will ship orders over $600 value free at the normal schedule to any address in the North or South islands

Overnight rates for urgent deliveries are available, but are subject to weight / size restrictions, and logistics. Please enquire for these, because the rate will vary depending on circumstances and method.

WHEREVER POSSIBLE WE TRY AND COMBINE ORDERS IN ONE PACKAGE.
HOWEVER PICTURE-IT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGE.

ALL THE BELOW CHARGES INCLUDE CAREFULL PACKAGING, APPROPIATE  FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL  PIECE.

ALL COURIER CHARGES BELOW ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE  VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT CONVERSIONS COMMONLY USED BY MOST COURIER COMPANIES. MOST PACKAGES WILL FALL WELL WITHIN THE BELOW SPECIFIED WEIGHTS AND CHARGES.

BEFORE DISPATCH PICTURE-IT WILL CHECK ALL GOODS TO ENSURE THEY LEAVE IN GOOD ORDER  PICTURE-IT WILL NOTIFY THE CLIENT VIA E-MAIL THAT THE PACKAGE WILL BE LEAVING OUR STORE SHORTLY.
A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE ATTACHED TO YOUR INVOICE.

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED OFF BEFORE THE COURIER LEAVES THEM BEHIND AT YOUR AGREED ADDRESS. IF NO ONE IS PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE, A CALLING/COLLECTION CARD WILL BE LEFT IN YOUR MAILBOX.We do not deliver to PO BOX numbers.

FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL 5KG ADD $7.00

RURAL

ADD $7.00 TO ANY PACKAGE

South Island

All South Island Destinations

ALL PACKAGES OF 25KG AND UNDER $32.00
FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL  5KG ADD $14.00

RURAL

ADD $10.00 TO EVERY PACKAGE

EXTRA LARGE, HEAVY OR AWKWARD PACKAGES

These will be send by transport company.And seperate pricing schedules do apply.
The client will be informed of the excact cost once pricing has been obtained from the transport company.It will be the final decision of Picture-it to what is deemed to be an extra large,heavy or awkward package.

OVERSEAS Destinations

Yes!!! We ship all over the World

Rates for overseas destinations vary depending on where and when almost infinitely. We generally use `DHL` , which takes about 1 week for delivery. Rates are per parcel (we try to pack orders where possible in one parcel).As it is fairly time consuming to obtain special international rates we encourage our customers to initially use this `DHL` link to establish an approximate costing to have their package couriered. Once a definite order has been established with PICTURE-IT for specific goods we will provide more accurate pricing.

Let us know if you are planning on sending a parcel to us.
We can then arrange a freight forward [with a special rate for you].
Sending costs incurred by you will be reimbursed if your total framing costs are $500.00 or more.[this offer only applies to new zealand customers]
